Many habits are created through repetition and once the become a habit they do not require a lot of energy or thought to make them happen. Willpower on the other hand takes a lot of energy and can be easily depleted. This training will discuss the science of habit and how to harness the power of habit to create the healthy changes that we want in our lives.
