Rhode Island Center for the Book and the Pell Center present an evening with Javier Zamora, the author of Solito, the 2024 selection for Reading Across Rhode Island's all-state read. Zamora will be in conversation with Jim Ludes, the Executive Director of the Pell Center for International Relations and Public Policy discussing his migration from El Salvador to the United States at the age of nine.

This evening will include a meet and greet reception with Javier Zamora and book signing. Books will be available for purchase at the event.
