  by Newport MFA\, Salve's master of fine arts in creative writing program.

 ning author Raquel Levitt holds an MFA in Creative Writing from The Newport
  MFA at Salve Regina University. Her short stories have been published in v
 arious anthologies and literary journals and reflect her passion for writin
 g about strong women finding their voice and their power. The Seer\, about 
 a young psychic in late 1890s Missouri who uses her gift to help abused wom
 en\, was published in February 2025.
