The holidays can be a stressful time, especially when there are landmines of touchy political topics separating family and friends on opposing sides of the red-blue divide.
 
Join Dr. Jim Ludes and Katie Langford for a roundtable discussion on approaches to uncomfortable conversations about complex topics that elicit strong emotions and opinions. The discussion will elucidate the components of difficult conversations and unpack the practicality of expert advice in such situations.
