Join the Salve Regina University Graduate Admissions Office alongside Drs. Teresa Starzecki and Nancy Gordon for a conversation about the M.S. in organizational transformation and leadership.

This session will offer a course spotlight on MGT-535: Systemic Inequalities and Policy, taught by Dr. Nancy Gordon. This course explores the central question of how to create a more just and equitable organizational culture and will provide critical thinking, analytical skills, and tools to examine this question.

We will also discuss how this master's program or its stackable graduate certificates prepare and equip you you to be an analytical, ethical, and innovative leader in your chosen career field with intentional curriculum designed to span data analytics, organizational behavior, and business ethics.

Sessions occur in EDT and are recorded for individuals whose schedules may not accommodate attending live.
