12pm-12:15pm Introductions and Warmup
12:15pm-12:40pm Positional Warmup
12:40pm -1:40pm Stations
1:40pm -2:30pm 7 v 7 Games
2:30pm -2:45pm Q & A with coaches and players

All players should bring their own water bottle

Field players-stick, mouthguard, proper footwear for field turf, shinguards
GKS-bring all equipment.

Every player will receive a shirt to wear to identify yourself for the clinic and keep after.
