International Relations doctoral student, Thomas Kerr, will defend his dissertation titled "State Sponsorship of Self-Determination Movements: Does Sponsorship Really Lead to Autonomy Concessions?".  The event will be held in Gerety 103 and is open to the Salve Regina community.
