International Relations doctoral student,  Francis Lomami will defend his dissertation titled “The Moral and Rational Inquiry of Sub-Saharan Africa’s Armed Conflicts: Wars and Peace in the Democratic Republic of Congo”.  The event will be held in person with a remote viewing option and is open to the Salve Regina community.
