Happening every Monday from 12pm-1pm for 8 weeks (Monday, April 3—Monday, May 22). This class will be an energetic full body workout that keeps everyone challenged and offers modifications so all levels can participate!

REMINDER: Shoes can only be worn in the studio if they are clean and have not been worn outdoors.

There is a $5.00 drop-in fee per class. Due to space constraints there will only be room for 13 employees per class. Online registration will be open from 8:30-11:30am the morning of. 

If you are interested in participating in this class, a waiver must be signed and submitted at or before your first class. Waivers can be downloaded and signed and will also be available at the studio before class starts.
