TICKET SALES START April 12 at 8:30AM

To purchase tickets to Spring Concert 2023, click the blue button that says "Buy Tickets" on this page.  Please use your salve.edu e-mail address to log-in to buy you ticket. If you do not use your Salve email, your ticket will be refunded. Complete all individual question asked on the ticket purchase site.

All attendees are subject to and must abide by current COVID-19 guidelines set forth by Salve Regina University and the State of Rhode Island. Any ticket holder that does not comply with the COVID-19 protocol will not be granted access to the event, and will not be issued a refund.

What time does the concert start?

The doors open at 7:00 p.m., concert kicks off with Hot Chelle Rae at 8:00 p.m.!

What is the concert layout and check in process?

The 2023 concert layout will include 2 different concert sides! Side A and B, the sides will be assigned using wristband as attendees check into Rodgers Recreation Center. You will not be permitted to switch sides once you are checked in. To ensure you are on the same side as your friends,  arrive in the group you plan to stay with for the duration of the concert!

Can I purchase a guest ticket to the Spring Concert?

Guest tickets will be sold starting April 12, 2023 at 8:30 a.m.  To purchase a Guest Ticket please click the "Buy Tickets" button on this page.  Please make sure you choose the option of "Guest Ticket". Students may only buy one guest ticket. All students should be advised that all 'Guest Tickets' will be linked to the student that purchased the ticket. 

What can I bring into the event?

NO BAGS, FOOD, or DRINK, are permitted into this event. NO RE-ENTRY. All concert attendees will be asked to pass through metal detectors and a safety checkpoint operated by concert security, Salve Security, and Newport Police to gain entry to the Spring Concert. Any ticket holder that does not comply with the safety protocol will not be granted access to the event and will not be issued a refund.

What is the refund policy?

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR THIS EVENT. In the event that you can no longer attend this event,. The name on the ticket must match the person's I.D. at the door the night of the event. Please be aware that tickets cannot be transfered to non-Salve guests. If your ticket is transfered to someone other than a Salve student, all of the tickets purchased will be voided and refunded.

 Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You do not have to print your ticket for this event. Electronic tickets on phones or other devices will be accepted at the door. Please be aware that if your phone is scratched, damaged, or has a protective screen on it, the ticket may not be able to scan and you will need to have a backup option.

 Can I update my registration information?

Yes, you may update your registration information at any time. It is important that the tickets reflect the correct name of the students attending this event. 

 Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

Student I.D.'s will be checked at the door. The name on the ticket must match the I.D. provided at the door otherwise you will not be permitted to enter this event.
