Salve Regina University Campus Activities Board and the Office of Student Engagement, present Spring Concert 2024.

Instructions:

To purchase tickets to Spring Concert 2024, click the blue button that says "Buy Tickets" on this page.  Please use your Salve e-mail address to log in to buy your ticket. If you do not use your Salve email, your ticket will be canceled and refunded. Complete all individual questions asked on the ticket purchase site.

All attendees are subject to and must abide by current COVID-19 guidelines set forth by Salve Regina University and the State of Rhode Island. Any ticket holder that does not comply with the COVID-19 protocol will not be granted access to the event and will not be issued a refund.

What time does the concert start?

The doors open at 7:00 p.m. The concert kicks off with the opener starting at 8 p.m., the headliner at 9 p.m., and the concert will end by 10 p.m.

Will there be a pre-concert food truck opportunity this year?

Yes, there will be 3 food trucks available for students from 4-6 p.m. They will need to check in at a CAB table to recieve a wristband with tabs to ensure that all students are given a fair chance to visit each food truck.

Will there be giveaway at the concert?

There will be giveaways for students at the concert, including items related to our spring week theme.

What is the concert layout and check-in process?

The 2024 concert layout will include 2 different concert sides- Sides A and B. The sides will be assigned at the door by the attendants when you check in at Rodgers Recreation Center. You will not be permitted to switch sides once you are checked in. To ensure you are on the same side as your friends, arrive in the group you plan to stay with for the duration of the concert!

Can I purchase a guest ticket to the Spring Concert?

Guest tickets will be sold for any guest of a student. To purchase a Guest Ticket please click the "Buy Tickets" button on this page.  Please make sure you choose the option "Guest Ticket". Students may only buy one guest ticket. All students should be advised that all 'Guest Tickets' will be linked to the student that purchased the ticket. 

What can I bring into the event?

NO BAGS, FOOD, or DRINKS are permitted into this event. NO RE-ENTRY. All concert attendees will be asked to pass through metal detectors and a safety checkpoint operated by concert security, Salve Security, and Newport Police to gain entry to the Spring Concert. Any ticket holder not complying with the safety protocol will not be granted access to the event or issued a refund.

What is the refund policy?

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR THIS EVENT.  Please note that there will not be any refund, exchange, or transfer.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You do not have to print your ticket for this event. Electronic tickets on phones or other devices will be accepted at the door. Please be aware that if your phone is scratched, damaged, or has a protective screen on it, the ticket may not be able to scan, and you will need to have a backup option.

Can I update my registration information?

Yes, you can update your registration information at any time. It is important that the tickets reflect the correct name of the student attending this event. 

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person attending?

Student I.D.'s will be checked at the door. The name on the ticket must match the I.D. provided at the door or you will not be permitted to enter this event.
