Salve is proud to be one of the first stops for The Great Elephant Migration, a traveling public art exhibition and fundraising initiative that will start its 3,500-mile migration of 100 full-size elephant sculptures in Newport. Starting July 4 through the end of August, a majority of the herd will be installed on our campus, near historic McAuley Hall and fully accessible from the Cliff Walk. The U.S. migration is presented by Art&Newport, founded by Salve alumna Dodie Kazanjian ’72.
